What happened

The EEOC alleged that AMTCR Companies, which operate approximately 21 McDonald's restaurants in Nevada, Arizona, and California, engaged in unlawful employment practices by subjecting certain employees to sexual harassment and/or a sexually hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The AMTCR Companies agreed to settle the case with a Consent Decree approved by the court on January 5, 2023.

Do you qualify?

Current or former employees of AMTCR Inc., AMTCR Nevada LLC, AMTCR California LLC, White Bluff Inc., Gamble Oak Inc., or Rock Basin LLC at any time between January 1, 2017 and January 5, 2023 who were subjected to sexual harassment and/or a sexually hostile work environment, as determined in the EEOC's sole discretion.

How to file

Eligible claimants must sign and return an IRS Form W-9 to be considered for a payment from the settlement fund. The EEOC will determine eligibility based on whether the claimant was employed during the class period and could assert a viable claim for sexual harassment or a sexually hostile work environment.
