What happened

Former employees of AOCLSC INC. sued the company for alleged wage and hour violations. The company has agreed to settle by paying back wages to non-exempt hourly employees who worked during the class period and paying penalties under the California Private Attorney General Act.

Do you qualify?

Non-exempt hourly employees who worked for AOCLSC INC. in California during the Class Period (May 8, 2019 to May 15, 2023) for wage claims, or during the PAGA Period (June 1, 2021 to May 15, 2023) for penalty claims.

How to file

You do not need to do anything to participate in the settlement and receive an Individual Class Payment and/or Individual PAGA Payment. If you wish to opt-out of the Class Settlement (but not the PAGA Settlement), submit a written Request for Exclusion to the Administrator by October 9, 2024.
