Do you qualify?
Anyone who purchased Feel Free tonics containing kratom (including "Feel Free classic tonic" and "Feel Free tonic") in the United States between March 28, 2019, and March 5, 2025.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form online or mail it to the Settlement Administrator by June 17, 2025. You can claim up to 10 bottles without proof of purchase, or more than 10 bottles with proof of purchase. Payment will be made on a pro rata basis according to the number of bottles you purchased.
