Extraordinary Expense Reimbursement
$5,000 eachReimbursement of actual, documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident, including losses from identity theft or fraud, credit monitoring fees, ID replacement costs, and postage expenses. Losses must have occurred between May 23, 2024, and September 28, 2026.
Lost Time Payment
$50 eachPayment for time spent responding to the Data Incident at $25 per hour for up to two hours. Examples include changing passwords, investigating suspicious activity, or researching the Data Incident.
