What happened
Columbia University Health Care, Inc. experienced a data security incident between September 11, 2023, and March 7, 2024, that allegedly impacted the private information of certain individuals. Plaintiffs claim the defendant was responsible for this incident. The defendant denies all claims.
Do you qualify?
The settlement class includes all individuals in the United States whose private information was impacted by the data incident, excluding judges and their families, the defendant and its related entities and officers, and those who submitted valid exclusion requests.
