What happened
Francesca's suffered a data breach that compromised customers' personal information. Data breach notices were sent to affected individuals on or after September 25, 2023. The defendant denies any wrongdoing. However, the defendant has filed for bankruptcy, and the settlement will not move forward at this time—no settlement payments will be made and there will be no recovery to class members.
Do you qualify?
All individuals residing in the United States whose personal information was compromised in the data breach that Francesca's notified on or after September 25, 2023. Excludes court personnel, anyone convicted of crimes related to the breach, those who opt out, and company owners and officers (except employees whose data was breached).
How to file
Submit a completed Claim Form online or by mail (postmarked by November 10, 2025). For the alternative cash payment of $50/$75, no proof is required. For documented ordinary losses (up to $1,500) or extraordinary losses (up to $5,000), you must submit supporting documentation with your claim. Credit monitoring (2 years) is available without a claim form by activating with a code sent with the summary notice.
