Whole Foods Market allegedly mislabeled 365 Organic Hot Cocoa Rich Chocolate Flavor Mix by selling it in large opaque canisters with non-functional empty space (slack-fill), causing California consumers to believe they were purchasing more cocoa powder than they actually received for the price paid. The defendants deny all allegations and claim they did nothing wrong.

How to file
Submit a Claim Form online through the claim portal or by mail, postmarked by October 14, 2025. Unless you received an email notice indicating the Claims Administrator already has your information, submitting a Claim Form is the only way to receive a cash payment.
