You are a Settlement Class Member if you purchased or leased a Mercedes-Benz vehicle (model year 2015 to present) covered by an HPP Warranty and were registered in a Section 177 State (states that have adopted California's emissions regulations, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington).
How to file
Submit a Claim Form by May 15, 2026 through the settlement website, email to info@HazdovacEmissionsWarrantySettlement.com, or by mail to Hazdovac v. MBUSA Settlement Administrator, P.O. Box 4387, Baton Rouge, LA 70821. You must provide proof of out-of-pocket payment for diagnosis, repair, or replacement of covered parts between 4 years/50,000 miles and 7 years/70,000 miles on your vehicle.
