What happened
HealthComp, LLC allegedly recorded cellular telephone calls made to their toll-free numbers without proper consent. This settlement compensates class members whose calls were recorded without authorization during the class period.
Do you qualify?
Anyone who, while in California, made a cellular telephone call to HealthComp LLC's toll-free numbers (1-800-442-7247 or 1-855-727-5267) between January 24, 2022, and January 24, 2023, inclusive, and whose call was recorded.
