HelloFresh charged California customers for their first automatic renewal product subscription shipment without their knowledge or consent. The settlement requires HelloFresh to change how it advertises automatically renewing subscriptions on its website and to provide restitution to eligible customers. HelloFresh denies liability.
Do you qualify?
You qualify if you were enrolled in an automatic renewal product subscription between January 1, 2019 and August 18, 2025, were charged for the first shipment without your knowledge or consent, cancelled the subscription after the first shipment, and never received a refund for that charge.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form online by December 17, 2025, or mail it to the Claims Administrator so it arrives by December 17, 2025. You can call (833) 621-8025 or write to the address provided for more information.
