How to file
Submit a Claim Form before the deadline of October 13, 2025. If you previously submitted an approved claim with the Chemtool settlement, that claim will automatically be treated as a claim for this Holian settlement and you do not need to resubmit. Approved claimants will receive a monetary award and must accept the terms of the Settlement Agreement, including release of claims against Holian.
