How to file
Submit a claim form online or by mail by August 16, 2022. You can file without proof of purchase to receive up to $0.70 per package (up to $7.00 per household), or with proof of purchase to receive up to $1.10 per package (up to $50.60 per household). Only one claim per household is allowed.
