Do you qualify?
Individuals who had records held by the Department of Public Safety's Driver and Vehicle Services division that were ordered to be sealed under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 609A between January 1, 2015, and February 14, 2025, but whose records were not sealed or were not timely sealed.

Submit a Claim Form by the deadline of October 27, 2025. To receive Special Compensation of up to $15,000, you must prove specific financial loss and submit a Claim Form with potentially additional supporting information. Class members who do not submit a claim will automatically receive a pro-rata payment from the remaining Settlement Fund.
