Do you qualify?
Anyone who purchased a single-game ticket to a Nationals home game during the 2023 or 2024 regular season from the Nationals directly (via website, phone, or box office) between March 29, 2023 and March 28, 2024, was age 40 or older at the time of purchase, and would have qualified for the discount except for their age. Class Members who submit a Claim Form and elect cash payment instead of Ticket Credit will receive a cash payment from the Settlement Administrator.

How to file
Known Class Members who want a cash payment (instead of automatic ticket credit) must submit a Claim Form by December 12, 2025. Unknown Class Members must submit a Claim Form within 90 days of final judgment, certifying their date of birth under penalty of perjury and confirming their ticket purchase.
