What happened
Plantronics and several of its senior officers allegedly violated federal securities laws by making false and misleading statements regarding the company's sales practices. The defendants deny all allegations and liability, but have agreed to settle for $29.5 million.
Do you qualify?
Anyone who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly-traded common stock of Plantronics between August 7, 2018 and November 5, 2019, inclusive, and was damaged thereby. Excluded are defendants, their immediate family members, current/former officers and directors, entities with defendant controlling interests, and certain other related parties.
How to file
