Reimbursement of Extraordinary Out-of-Pocket Losses
$10,000 eachReimbursement up to $10,000 per individual for proven monetary losses more likely than not caused by the ransomware incident that are not covered by other reimbursement categories.
Attested Time Reimbursement
Reimbursement for up to 5 hours of time spent remedying issues related to the ransomware incident at $30 per hour, but only if at least 1 full hour was spent and the time was spent as a result of identity theft, identity fraud, falsified tax returns, or other misuse of personal information. This is included in the total $10,000 cap for out-of-pocket losses.
