Do you qualify?
Anyone who purchased items on the Shapermint website and is a member of the Settlement Class. Proof of class membership requires name and email address used to purchase items on the Shapermint website.
How to file
Submit a valid Claim Form by the deadline (November 5, 2025 has passed). Claimants must provide proof of at least four product purchases following claim form submission to receive the maximum $12 voucher. All class members not opting out automatically receive a $6 voucher.
