On December 4, 2023, cybercriminals bypassed TABS' security systems and accessed personal information including names and Social Security Numbers of TABS' current and former employees. TABS denies any wrongdoing.
Do you qualify?
You are a Settlement Class Member if you were mailed notice by TABS that your personal information was impacted in the Data Incident occurring on December 4, 2023. California residents who were mailed notice at a California address are California Settlement Subclass Members.
How to file
Submit a claim form online or by mail postmarked no later than August 14, 2025. For out-of-pocket reimbursement, you must prove monetary losses resulting from the data incident. California subclass members can claim $150 without additional documentation, and all members can claim a pro rata share of remaining settlement funds.
