Anyone who purchased electronic tickets to The Edge NYC from the defendant's website (www.edgenyc.com) between February 16, 2024, and July 6, 2024, and paid a fee in connection with such purchase.
How to file
The claim deadline of June 23, 2025 has passed. Eligible class members who submitted valid claims have already received their pro rata share of the settlement fund via check or digital payment as of November 10, 2025. Checks are valid for 180 days.
