What happened
A fire at the Winston Weaver facility on January 31, 2022, caused an evacuation of the surrounding area. Do you qualify?
The settlement includes two classes: (1) natural persons who resided, lived, or worked within a one-mile evacuation zone on January 31, 2022, and sustained economic and/or nuisance-related damages (excluding personal injury); and (2) businesses or charitable organizations in the same zone that sustained economic and/or nuisance-related damages (excluding personal injury).
