NCAA Volunteer Coaches Lawsuit Settlement
The NCAA and its Division I member schools allegedly agreed through NCAA bylaws to prohibit paying compensation or benefits to volunteer coaches, which Plaintiffs claim was an illegal wage-fixing conspiracy under the Sherman Act.
