What happened

Ameriflight required pilots to sign training repayment agreements and allegedly failed to pay minimum wage and included unlawful penalty provisions in these agreements. The company has agreed to declare the training repayment agreements null and void and compensate affected pilots for training payments made and minimum wage violations.

Do you qualify?

Pilots who worked for Ameriflight under a Beechcraft 99 training repayment agreement between January 30, 2019, and February 28, 2025. Opt-in plaintiffs and both unlawful penalty class members who consented to join the lawsuit in January 2025 may also be included.

How to file

To claim, you will be automatically issued a check (or choose alternative payment via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle) if the Court approves the Settlement. The training repayment agreement will be declared null and void. Your individual notice specifies your reimbursement amount and minimum wage damages amount.
