Do you qualify?
Any former independent contractor who worked for AMI Expeditionary Healthcare, LLC, AMI Expeditionary Healthcare (USA), LLC, or Dignity Community Care in California as a registered nurse, CCRN, certified nursing assistant, ICU nurse, clinical PMO, nurse practitioner, licensed practical nurse, respiratory therapist, EMT, paramedic, ward administrator, project manager, case manager, case worker, logistician, or team lead between March 15, 2020 and March 1, 2021.
How to file
You do not need to do anything to participate and receive an Individual Class Payment and/or Individual PAGA Payment. If you do nothing, you will be a Participating Class Member and will automatically be eligible for payment, but you will give up your right to sue separately. If you disagree with the number of workweeks recorded for you, you must submit a written challenge by July 14, 2025.
