Anyone who was a detainee or inmate in custody of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department and housed in Suffolk County Correctional Facilities (Riverhead or Yaphank facilities, excluding those housed only in the Yaphank facility that opened in 2013) and who was released on or after April 5, 2009 through May 27, 2025.
