Claim Payment (30% of Late Fees)
$225 eachA one-time payment of 30% of Late Fees charged to the Class Member during the Class Period, excluding amounts waived or previously settled, up to a maximum of $225. Amount may be adjusted downward pro rata so total class payments do not exceed $2,000,000.

Submit a Claim Form by June 5, 2026. If you do not file a claim form but do not exclude yourself, you will be bound by the settlement and may receive a Late Fee Waiver and/or Finance Charge Pause, but will not receive a cash payment.
