What happened

Healthcare Facility Management, LLC d/b/a CommuniCare Family of Companies and WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions, LLC allegedly engaged in unlawful employment practices involving contracts between the companies and healthcare workers, including disputes over the legality and enforceability of certain contract provisions and payments made by healthcare workers to the defendants. The defendants have settled the lawsuit for $1,000,000.
