What happened
Tapstone Energy, LLC allegedly failed to pay statutory interest on oil and gas production proceeds from Oklahoma wells as required by the Production Revenue Standards Act. The defendant was required to pay interest on payments made outside the timeframes set by the Act. Defendant denies liability.

Anyone who received or will receive untimely payments from Tapstone Energy, LLC for oil and gas proceeds from Oklahoma wells, where the payments did not include the statutory interest prescribed by the Production Revenue Standards Act.
How to file
Class members did not need to take any action to participate in the settlement. The Settlement Administrator calculated each eligible member's portion of the Net Settlement Fund and began issuing distribution checks on January 16, 2024. No claim filing was required.
