What happened
Fandom, Inc. allegedly installed and used three trackers (GumGum Tracker, Audiencerate Tracker, and TripleLift Tracker) on GameSpot website visitors' internet browsers without consent, in violation of California's Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA).
Do you qualify?
Anyone who accessed www.gamespot.com or any of its subdomains in California between January 5, 2023, and December 16, 2025.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form by April 16, 2026. Each class member who files a valid claim will receive a proportionate share of the Settlement Fund. You can submit your claim online at the settlement website.
