The Illinois Attorney General's Office, following a joint investigation with the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, sued Greenridge Farm for failing to properly pay workers in accordance with Illinois law, including failure to pay overtime wages. Greenridge has settled the lawsuit.
