What happened
In November 2023, HALO Branded Solutions, Inc. suffered a cyber-attack in which a third-party threat actor allegedly gained unauthorized access to HALO's systems and viewed and exfiltrated sensitive files that may have included personal identifiable information of certain HALO employees. The defendant denies liability, but agreed to settle the class action lawsuit to compromise between the parties.
Do you qualify?
All individuals whose personal information was compromised in the November 2023 data incident suffered by HALO Branded Solutions, Inc. Excludes HALO officers and directors, company affiliates, legal representatives, attorneys, successors, heirs, assigns, members of the judiciary, and anyone who timely opts out.
How to file
Submit a Claim Form by June 26, 2025. For Out-of-Pocket Losses and Extraordinary Expenses, you must document your losses.
