All U.S. residents who had a loan serviced by Ocwen and paid for one or more Broker Price Opinions or Hybrid Valuations charged through Altisource between November 5, 2010 and September 29, 2017. California residents who had such charges assessed to their mortgage account are also included in a sub-class.
