What happened

From January 2010 through July 2016, Argos and other ready-mix concrete companies allegedly participated in an unlawful conspiracy to raise, fix, maintain, or stabilize the price of ready-mix concrete sold in the greater Savannah area. Argos has agreed to pay $17.5 million to settle the lawsuit without admitting wrongdoing.

Do you qualify?

You are a Settlement Class Member if you purchased ready-mix concrete directly from one or more of the Subject Plants (Argos, Thomas, Coastal, Lafarge, Evans, or Elite facilities) at any time between January 1, 2010 and July 31, 2016. To be distributed after deducting Court-approved Class Counsel's attorneys' fees and expenses, notice and administrative costs, and class representative payments from the $17,500,000 Settlement Amount.

Paid from a $17.5M settlement fund. Individual amounts depend on how many valid claims are filed.
