Do you qualify?
There are two subclasses: Non-SSN Class Members (approximately 541,870 individuals in the US whose non-Social Security Number personal information was exposed) and SSN Class Members (approximately 55,131 individuals whose personal information including Social Security Numbers was exposed in the data security incident).

Submit a Claim Form online or by mail by July 11, 2025. Call (833) 421-4559 to request a paper Claim Form. Non-SSN members can claim for lost-time and documented out-of-pocket expenses. SSN members receive pro rata cash payments from the settlement fund plus the same expense claims.
