What happened

FCA US, LLC allegedly failed to properly calculate overtime pay for hourly production employees by not including all compensation in the regular rate of pay calculation. Plaintiffs claim employees were underpaid overtime wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Illinois Minimum Wage Law, Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, and Ohio wage laws. The defendant denies all allegations and contends employees were paid properly and in good faith.

Do you qualify?

All current and former hourly production employees who worked for FCA US, LLC in any United States facility between February 10, 2020, and May 12, 2025.

How to file

If your employment information on the mailed postcard notice is correct, you do not need to do anything and will receive your settlement share if the court approves the settlement. If your information is incorrect, contact the settlement administrator. If you do not wish to participate, you must submit a Request for Exclusion form postmarked by June 22, 2026.
