Do you qualify?
Anyone who received late royalty or overriding royalty payments from Citizen Energy II, LLC or Citizen Energy III, LLC for Oklahoma oil and gas wells between any time and November 30, 2023, and whose payments did not include the statutory interest prescribed by the Act.
How to file
No action is required to participate in the settlement if it is approved. The portion of the Net Settlement Fund to which you are entitled will be automatically calculated during settlement administration. Eligible class members will receive distribution checks.
