Defendants Citizen Energy II, LLC and Citizen Energy III, LLC allegedly failed to pay statutory interest on royalty and overriding royalty payments from Oklahoma oil and gas wells that were made outside the time periods required by Oklahoma's Production Revenue Standards Act. Defendants deny liability and assert that plaintiffs and class members are not entitled to any relief.
Do you qualify?
All persons or entities who received late royalty and/or overriding royalty payments from the defendants for oil and gas proceeds from Oklahoma wells during the class period (prior to and including November 30, 2023) and whose payments did not include the statutory interest prescribed by the Production Revenue Standards Act. Certain persons and entities are excluded from the class.

No action is required to participate in the settlement if approved—eligible class members will automatically receive payment as part of settlement administration.
